I am so excited to be teaching fifth grade again this year!  I moved from California to Texas and I am thrilled to be teaching here at Wilson Elementary. This will be my second  year to teach 5th grade and my seventh year in education. 

I was born in Florida, but grew up in sunny California. I received my Liberal Studies/Elementary Education Degree from California Lutheran University.  I have lived in many interesting places and one of my favorite things to do is travel. I have visited 23 states and 7 countries. I enjoy reading, cooking, crafting, drinking coffee, and watching the Los Angeles Kings play hockey! One of my favorite  places on earth is Disneyland. I have been married to Mr. Young for three years and we have a dog named Zero. I cannot wait to learn more about you this year!
